We spent a few years with loan signings, which were generally crap. Then Nigel Pearson turned up and for some reason things changed. I wasn't expecting much from Jack, due to our record over the last few years, but crikey how wrong I was. This lad is strong, reads the game well, has great timing and is our number one centre half. He improves every game and for me, he is player of the year this year. Am absolute rock.

Poppy shirts, one per player for the fixture versus Northampton. The poppy has been embroidered onto this very poor designed shirt, that must be the cheapest shirt ever produced. Luckily things have been much improved of late.
