This is a great shirt with a superb history. This shirt was a swap with Leicester City's David Nish after the U23 game v Russia at Old Trafford in 1969. When I got the shirt I knew it was the shirt David Nish brought back from International duty, but did not have any further information. It appears the only time David played against Russia was in 1969 for the Under 23's. I was hoping it was from a full International game, but that does not appear to be the case. A great vintage shirt all the same.

This shirt is amazing and is in very good condition for its age. Quite a heavy cotton with a thick wool material for bithe the number 2 and the C.C.C.P detail on the front. I would very much like to know who the player was who played number 2 that day for Russia.
