I have managed to obtain a few of these shirts, which were from the friendly match Leicester played v Barcelona at the Walkers. Leicester played in blue the first half and black the second half. They exchanged shirts at the end of the game, but then realised that the kit was needed for another friendly match a few days later. The kitman took in the first half worn blue shirts to the Barca dressing room and asked for the black ones back. I think then the Barca players could not be bothered to sift through the Leicester shirts and so left them for them to be taken back in bulk to Spain. This along with a number 2, 10 and 16 have come from Spain.

I liked Hignett as a player. He didn't have much of an impact, but scored an equalizer against Arsenal I think, in the last minute of the game, so I remember him for that.
