This is an extremely rare item, and one I never knew existed. This shirt was designed for one game of a pre-season tour in Germany. The shirt was used, as there was a sponsor for the game, so this special shirt was produced for the purpose. Pictures could be hunted down, along with the game detail, something I will do one day. The information about the shirt came directly from a player, who informed me of the exact detail.
